Hardcore Carnivore - Red

Hardcore Carnivore Red is designed specically to give your butts, ribs and roasts an incredible bright red finish. It has the same understated yet delicious flavour profile as our Black product, but with a vivid all- natural red hue.

Unlike many rubs designed for pork, Hardcore Carnivore Red is not particularly sweet. This allows cooks to customise their own levels of sweetness using honey/ brown sugar in wraps, and finishing sauces.
